What is OUTSPOKEN?
OUTSPOKEN is a streetwear brand built around self-expression. Every piece is designed to communicate something without saying a word. Our goal is to create clothing that helps people wear what they feel.
When will my order ship?
COLLECTION 001 is a limited pre-order release.
Once the pre-order window closes, we order the premium blanks, hand-finish each garment, and prepare every order for shipment.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed for your order to ship.
We'll send you a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How do your products fit?
Our hoodies and tees have a relaxed unisex fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
How should I wash my clothing?
To help preserve the artwork:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Use a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron directly on the artwork.
Are the Pure Love shirts all the same?
No. Every Pure Love Tee is individually hand-painted. Slight variations in the artwork are expected and make each piece unique.
Will products be restocked?
COLLECTION 001 is produced in limited quantities. While we don't currently plan to restock these designs, we may bring back select pieces in future drops based on demand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipped, contact us as soon as possible at outspokenwear.co@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please review our Refund Policy for complete details. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
